4. Booking Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from AaraGrove Homestay along with any applicable deposit or payment instructions. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

5. Pricing and Availability

Room rates and availability displayed on the Site are indicative and subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking. All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. In general:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date may be eligible for a full or partial refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will not be refunded.
